Charlie Cowtan, Mind Supporter, joined Peter Cox on Friday to talk about challenge for 2015 to take on a 24-hour trek through the Lake District, ascending the 4 highest mountains (over 3000ft) and covering 50km in distance.
Charlie works at Cardiff University in public health policy.
1 in 4 people will experience mental illness in their lifetime, which means that everybody is likely to know someone (family, friend or colleague) with mental health problems – everybody is therefore likely to be affected one way or another.
