City Hospice Cardiff provides palliative care in the community to the people of Cardiff facing a terminal or life limiting diagnosis.
They also provide counselling, bereavement support and complimentary therapy to patients and their families.
Their bereavement service is usually for the families of patients who have been in their care, however as a result of the pandemic the service has been extended to anyone who is bereaved across Cardiff, Bridgend and some parts of Rhondda Cynon Taf.
