It begins next Monday (5th February) with Welsh athlete and media personality, Colin Jackson!

Jackson’s 1993 world record of 12.91 seconds stood for 13 years until broken by Liu Xiang. He was Europe’s Athlete of the Year in 1994 and was three times voted Wales’ Sports Personality of the Year.
