Our Luke wasn’t on air earlier this morning, but there’s a very good reason for it!
He was taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon, helping to raise money for Radio Glamorgan.
He ran the course in a very respectable 1 hour 54 minutes, WELL DONE LUKE!
He’s going for a little lay down before taking part in the Great Welsh Marathon in a few weeks time!
