We at Hospital Radio Glamorgan are supporting Ty Hafan’s “When Your World Stops” fundraising appeal, with a target to raise £350,000 in a 60 hour period, starting on Sunday 26th November at 10am.
Ty Hafan is a children’s hospice, based here in the Vale, which supports young people with life- limiting conditions and their families with comfort, care and support from their hospice in Sully.
All donations made to Tŷ Hafan during that time will be match-funded meaning that one donation will have double the impact.
